🌅 Sunrise Yoga & Connection – Dry July Event at Sunshine Beach
Hosted by Sunrise Sisterhood | Facilitated by Chontelle Grace

Join us for a beautiful morning by the ocean as we come together to move, breathe, and connect, all in support of Sunshine Beach Surf Club’s Dry July campaign.

This special event is open to both men and women, and is the perfect way to start your day grounded, inspired, and uplifted.

💛 What to expect:
• Sunrise Yoga Flow – a gentle, grounding practice suitable for all levels
• Breathwork & Meditation – to calm the mind and reconnect with your body
• Heartfelt Connection – community, presence, and authentic conversation
• Optional ocean dip + coffee afterwards with new friends

Whether you're a regular yogi or brand new to the mat, this session is all about showing up just as you are. Expect movement, mindfulness, and soulful connection, all with the sunrise as your backdrop.

✨ Facilitated by the incredible Chontelle Grace, one of Sunrise Sisterhood’s most loved instructors known for her nurturing soulful wisdom, uplifting energy and holistic approach.


📍 Location:
Sunshine Beach Surf Club (meet on the grassed area near the club)
🕕 Time: 6:30 AM start — please arrive 10 mins early
🌈 What to bring: Yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and an open heart
