    A 50 minute class to take you through some gentle flowing movement and some guided relaxation to leave you feeling vibrant and ready for your day ahead. The class will include a 15 morning wake-up ritual for you to use whenever you need.

    Vinyasa focuses on connecting movement with breath using a sequence of poses that can vary from class to class, but with the aim of leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed but also energised and vibrant.

    In addition to asana (poses) and movement, all my classes involve either an element of guided relaxation or a short meditation practice focused on creating space for people to be calm and centred at a time where it's more important than ever.

    Classes are at The Lodge, Mittagong. A peaceful, multipurpose space nestled in bushland near Mt Alexandra reserve, Mittagong.
