SUNRISE YOGA IN THE GARDEN 🌿🧘‍♀️☀️

We’re taking over the beautiful gardens at Cottesloe Civic Centre for a very special Sunday morning.

This one is all about slowing things down, moving properly, connecting with good humans and starting the day somewhere pretty bloody special.

We’re teaming up with Amy Flows, who’s been making plenty of noise in Perth’s yoga community, for a sunrise flow in the garden.

Then we’ll drop into a sound healing with Luke Kalani before hanging around for coffee, drinks and a few little extras from some of our favourite partners.

Simple. Beautiful. Good people. Good energy.
