🇦🇷 Hola, yo soy Anto!

🇦🇺 Hi, I’m Anto! Founder of @theyogasecret — a space born from my deep connection to life’s purpose: guiding others on the journey back to themselves.

Certified as a Yoga & Meditation Instructor in India, and with a background in the corporate world organising events, I now follow my mission by blending my two greatest passions: Yoga & Wellness and the art of creating transformative experiences. Through my work, I invite people to reconnect with their essence, live with greater authenticity, and consciously choose a happier, more present life.

In my Therapeutic Yoga classes, I share Guided Meditations and Conscious Breathing Techniques designed to strengthen the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
