A 45-minute vinyasa style yoga class, suitable for ALL ABILITY LEVELS.

ABOUT ME: Hi! I'm Sophia :), a qualified yoga teacher originally from the UK. I recently made the decision to leave my corporate job in London to move to Sydney to pursue my passion for teaching yoga whilst I study a Master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, with the hope to combine Science and Yoga in a future career.

DATE: every Wednesday (weather permitting*)

TIME: 6.15am - 7am*

* I will send a confirmation email on Tuesday evening, if the weather looks uncertain, we will move to an indoor location.

DURATION: 45 mins

BRING: Mat, Water, Jumper (can be chilly)

LOCATION: Freshwater Beach (exact location will be sent in the email)
