🌞✨FLOW TO RESTORE | YOGA 🌞✨

ABOUT: A delicious 60-minute yoga class for every mind, body and ability.

An evidence-based vinyasa to restorative practice aimed at regulating the nervous system as we flow through a journey of grounding, activating, energising, restoring and resting.

DATE: Every Wednesday

TIME: 6.30 - 7.30 am

DURATION: 60 mins

BRING: Mat, Water, Jumper (can be chilly at the start)
