Salute the sunrise with free yoga on Queens Wharf. Start your Wednesday with movement, fresh air and waterfront views, guided by instructors curated by WE-AR.

New to yoga or well-practised? Everyone is welcome. These sessions are open to all levels and designed to be supportive, relaxed and easy to follow - no prior experience required.

Bring your mat, move your body, and ease into the morning as the sun rises over Te Waitematā.

Dates & times (all sessions 7:00am – 8:15am):

Wednesday 11 February
Wednesday 18 February

Sunrise Yoga is a free event, with tickets required to help us manage numbers. Sessions do sell out, so we recommend booking early.

A limited number of mats will be available for those who need one, but we encourage you to BYO mat if possible.

Sunrise Yoga takes place at the end of Queens Wharf, behind The Cloud, next to the water.

Sunrise Yoga is made possible thanks to the Auckland Council whānau, with support from Interesting Things and WE-AR.
