Sunrise Yoga Class with Bec

Arrive at 5:50am ready for a 6:00am start. We will commence the morning with a pranayama as we silently take in the fresh sea air and views, before moving into a beautiful one hour vinyasa yoga class. The class itself will be in tune with the sunrise and nature surrounding us by incorporating a gentle but uplifting and energizing, flowing stretch with elements of balance, strength, flexibility and a restorative savasana to finish. You're then welcome to stay on for post yoga chats and a BYO light breakfast or join our group order via the Common Room (more details below) until whatever time suits you (8:00am as a rough guide but perhaps longer if you don't need to rush off and wish to soak up the good vibes a little longer).

We'll nourish our mind, body and spirit in a relaxing, safe, and welcoming space beside the ocean at Eimeo Beach. The class will be full of those beautiful golden, blissful moments whilst we explore our breath and seek inner peace.  This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoginis. This will be a small and intimate event with limited tickets so that we can enter the day purposefully and peacefully.

General Admission = $20  

General Admission ($20) + Common Room Acai Bowl ($16) + Medium Hot Drink of Choice - Cappuccino / Chai Latte / Flat White / Latte with your choice of milk ($6.00) + Delivery = $44

BYO - Picnic rug (waterproof recommended) to place under your yoga mat, yoga mat, water bottle, large rolled up beach towel, light breakfast and eye pillow for savasana (highly recommend). Other optional BYO items - yoga blocks and bolster if you wish.

*Unfortunately this class is not for women who are currently pregnant as Bec's certification doesn't include pregnancy yoga at this time (apologies - I truly wish I could include you all).
