Join us again on Thursday 5.30 till 7am, afor another morning of connection with other men, to sit together, share mindfulness practices and have the opportunity to speak in a circle what’s present for you and in your life.

We will connect, share and practice some meditation, breathing, gentle movement and sound.

Depending on the weather we will gather by the beach via entrance 124 or at the park near where the BBQ facilities are.

This event is by voluntary donation when cash in the morning. There no obligation, most important is that you show up for yourself.

Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat and cushion to sit and a blanket in case it's cold.

If you are free after the session we will go for coffee or breakfast across the road, to connect deeper and build our network and friendships of likeminded men. Last time we had 30 men sharing together.
