Join us for a hands-on photography workshop along Adelaide's beautiful coastline, where you'll learn to capture stunning golden hour sunsets, the rising Full Moon and aircraft flying over Adelaide's skyline.
Whether you're new to photography or looking to develop your skills further, this workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to explore different photography techniques, get creative with your Sony camera and connect with fellow photographers.

What to Bring
Sony Alpha camera
Wide-angle or standard zoom lens for sunset photography
Telephoto lens for Moon and aircraft photography
Tripod (recommended)
Fully charged batteries and memory cards
Warm clothing and comfortable footwear
Water and a small torch
Recommended lenses: Sony FE 16–35mm or 24–70mm for sunsets, and Sony FE 100–400mm or similar telephoto lenses for the Full Moon and aircraft.
Important Information
This workshop takes place across two locations. We'll begin at West Beach before relocating to the Adelaide Airport viewing area at 354 Tapleys Hill Road, West Beach after sunset.
As there is a short window between sunset and moonrise, participants will need to be ready to move promptly between locations.
Come along, develop your photography skills and enjoy an evening capturing Adelaide through your Sony camera!

Capture the coastline as the sun begins to set, experimenting with different lighting conditions and techniques.

Capture the final moments of golden hour before relocating to our next location.

Full Moon & Aircraft Photography
Head to the Adelaide Airport viewing area to photograph the rising Full Moon, city skyline and departing aircraft.
