Join Tully from Shadow Flower on Thursday 16th January in Toowoon Bay for a beautiful journey through sound.

As the sun sets over the ocean, you will be gently guided into a deep meditative state, and then taken through an immersive experience of shamanic instruments, voice medicine, crystal bowls, and the natural sounds of the wildlife.

Each meditation is intuitively channeled for the collective, based on the current Earth & astrological energies. Working energetically with the subconscious mind while in theta state, can support you with deep shifts in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Tully has performed sound healing at festivals such as Lovefest, Unity Gathering, and Starlight Festival and looks forward to sharing her sound medicine with you.

PARKING: There is ample parking outside the venue. Please allow time to find a park and walk to the venue for the event start time.

WHAT TO BRING:
The Surf Club is an empty hall with wooden floor boards.
Please bring everything you need to feel comfortable lying down for the duration of the event. This can include:

Cushions / pillow
Yoga Mat / small rug
Sheepskin fleece (if you have this adds extra comfort)
Light blanket
Socks
Eye mask
water bottle
journal & pen
