Thank you for choosing to take some time out to relax and restore the soul :) I look forward to holding space for you.

Please arrive 10mins earlier to set up, go to the toilet and get comfortable. Remember to bring a yoga mat or low chair (if you don't wish to sit on a rug on the ground), blanket, pen/ journal and water with you. There will be pillows and I'll have a couple extra blankets to use if needed.
