We’ll move through mobility and strength drills to keep your hips, knees, ankles, and spine happy, mix in a little mindfulness to chill out, and for the brave, there’s an optional cold plunge in the lake. Finish it off with a free hot cacao to warm you back up.

Your muscles will get stretched and strengthened, your joints will feel limber, and you’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready to crush it on the mountain.
