Farm & Distillery Tour
The experience starts with a guided tour through the farm, where you’ll learn about the history of this 4th-generation family cane farm and the Sunshine Coast’s once booming sugar cane industry. From there, you will see first-hand how the cane is crushed, fermented, and distilled—all on the same farm.
Fresh Sugarcane Juice Tasting
Taste cane juice pressed directly from the stalks—sweet, green, and vibrant. A true expression of the farm’s terroir.
Spirit & Gin Tasting
Sample our newest batch of our unique Canefields Spirit and locally crafted gins made on site. Expect full flavours, character, and stories behind every sip.

Holistic, Single-Estate Production
Canefields is Queensland’s first single-estate sugarcane distillery. Every step—from growing the cane, to distilling, bottling, and sharing—is done on site. This gives you a rare, intimate view of the full life-cycle of spirits.
Reviving Local Heritage & Sustainability
The distillery is helping restore sugarcane’s legacy on the Sunshine Coast, using sustainable farming practices and heirloom cane varieties. Each bottle is not just a drink—it’s a story of land, legacy, and innovation.
