Sunset Synergy invites you to take a deep dive sensory journey into a freeform movement practice which inspires conscious expression and intentional living.

By attending, we ask that you please adhere to our agreements to keep this space harmonious.
1. No talking on the dance floor ~ please go off to the side and keep talking to a whisper.
2. Arriving clean with bare feet or light dance shoes is a must! No street shoes on the dance floor.
3. Please show up sober and limit your phone usage to ensure you can be fully present & conscious with this movement journey.
4. Respect each others space.
This is a transformational space for healing, movement prayer, & connection.
You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these agreements.
