Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities that support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside, exploring and deepening our relationships with nature.

We walk, we explore and we might share, spending some of the time together and some of the time solo, but always with nature.

Walks include:

Orientation to place, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding guidance
Guided sequence of relational nature therapy practices by ANFT certified guide
Fresh herbal forest tea ritual and light snack optional

Prices

Private sessions can be arranged for solos, couples and families (prices starting from $200 for 2 hour sessions) as well as for tours, retreats, teams and corporate groups.
Prices are dependent on location, duration and group size.
Discounts apply for not-for-profit groups.
Events can also be arranged as a fundraiser for your charity or group.

About your guide

Jay has been a nature connection guide for over five years and is certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT).

She started Held Outside to explore ways to deepen our relationship with the Earth and feel held, outside.

She is also a science educator, gardener and land carer.
