    FEATURED ARTIST:

    Ganga Giri - (gun-gah gear-ree)

A didgeridoo virtuoso and innovator, who fuses this ancient instrument with electronic production and vocals, this music is about connecting to culture.

Ganga Giri started playing the drum kit at eight years old, and has travelled the world learning, studying tabla in India, and using a range of percussion instruments on stage, including djembe and congas as part of his rhythmic beat driven style.

Descendant of the Palawa people of Tasmania, Ganga has taken dance-floors of the world by storm with his unique Australian sound; modern primitive world music fused with deep earth bass music.

With eleven albums to date, and two decades of touring across Australia, Canada, USA, Europe, New Zealand and into Asia, Ganga has performed everywhere from large outdoor festivals to dance clubs, outdoor arenas, hidden caves and sacred temples.

    MOOD SWING & CHEVY BASS

Mood Swing and Chevy Bass have cemented their spot as one of Australia’s most exciting and entertaining live acts and undisputed party starters. The genre-bending live electronic duo conduct their shows like ring mastersofa a circus, encouraging crowds to surrender their inhibitions to the rhythm and let loose their inner party animals.

Their unique brand of electronic bass music crosses over and infuses multiple genres while they live remixe on the spot. Their trademark sets described as funky in the front and filthy in the back will take you on a journey, kicking off with ghetto funk and glitch-infused party jams and flowing all the way through to filthy & fat house bass lines, all while adding their multi-instrumental skills to give each show a unique live flavour.

But it’s not only their music that has been getting bodies moving and chins wagging. With a penchant for theatrics, each live show is crafted uniquely, featuring wailing keytars, electronic samplers, tribal percussion, banging horn sections, electric cello, and dance floor aerobics...you name it, you’re sure to see it at a MoodSwing & Chevy Bass show
