Diving deep within we begin our full day with Souls Connection Activities and Yin Yoga to open our Hearts - Letting go of everything that is no longer serving us, so that we can create and call in what our soul desires!

Staying in Alignment we move into Flow State with practices that we can take away and into our lives. We share and experience a Morning Ritual, Primer Breath, followed by Movement to really start to unlock and shift into a state that lights our soul on fire!

Taking space then to ground and decompress, with take home tools to better deal with challenges when they arise for us and space to further release and let go of anything that is holding us back from who you were born to be!

A nourishing lunch, snacks and herbal tea will be provided on the day.

In the afternoon we have a special guest sharing a Cacao Ceremony to open our Hearts, sealing our intentions with this sacred plant medicine of Mumma Cacao - helping us to connect with a deeper awareness of self and what our soul is yearning to create!

Flowing into SPIRIT BREATHWORK -

Spirit Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. This breathing technique is a tool for major transformation and healing. Spirit Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension. Let's find out how it can benefit your mind, body, and spirit.

We will have special guests and artists on the day sharing music and sounds, assisting us to activate our unique sounds and gifts. Including SOUND HEALING -

I create different environments by looping and layering sound. A variety of ancient world Instruments are used like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls, Rav drum, guitar, nature sounds, and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments. Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself. Embrace and gently let go of what no longer serves you. This will allow us a direct pathway to visit our inner child, reconnect, love and rebirth a new version of ourselves back into this beautiful world.

Finishing our Wellness Retreat we will experience the power of cold water therapy with a group ICE BATH experience. Connecting us even deeper within and using this practice to surrender and soften into all parts of ourselves, shedding away the old to call in the new!!!
