Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 21st March 2021.

On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting together under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for Black Dog Ride's 1 Dayer 2021 today!

COVID 19 Arrangements

Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)

If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

Sunshine Coast QLD 1 Dayer 2021 Details:

7.00am Check in at Beerwah Sports Ground; 32 Sportsground Dr, Beerwah QLD 4519. 

There will be a coffee van on site.  Breakfast will be available as a sausage sizzle, run by Black Dog Ride/Grunts Aust. volunteers. Sausage and onion on bread for $2.50 and cold drinks/water for $2 (Cash only, please!)

9.30am Black Dog Ride departs for scenic route around Sunshine Coast

12.30pm Black Dog Ride arrives back at Beerwah Sports Ground for raffles, and speakers

Due to Covid regulations there will be two QR codes to sign in:
1. Beerwah Sports ground
2. Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer event.

Normal Covid restrictions apply… please try to keep 1.5m apart.
