Join local yoga instructor on Amaroo Street, near Café 63 for an uplifting yoga session. Get ready to slow down the mind, regulate the nervous system, open the body in new ways, release muscular tension, build strength & flexibility, and find connection in community!

When? Every Tuesday & Thursday, 7.30am - 8.30am.

The classes are guaranteed to be fun, dynamic, uplifting & always safe for every level of practitioner.

Bookings are essential* and each session is capped to a maximum of 30 participants.

*Participants must be 16 years+ and bring their own yoga mat, towel and drink bottle. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to check-in and set up.
