Event description

Acoustic alt-country trio Sunshine Tip (ex Endlings) are David Bowers (guitars, vocals), Dee Hannan (mandolin, vocals) and Alice Garner (cello). They perform evocative, sometimes melancholic but always memorable original songs, sparsely and imaginatively arranged and featuring sweet interweaving vocal harmonies.

The band’s independent debut EP We were the endlings came out in December after their two singles: So Long Galveston and January Song. So Long Galveston hit No. 5 on the Australian Independent Record Labels 100% Independent single chart in December 2023.

Their EP is available now on Bandcamp (including on CD & vinyl) & on all other digital platforms (Apple; Spotify; Youtube; Tidal and so on).

Opening the night’s entertainment is vocal duo Top Bunk, featuring Olive Bowers and G James (below) singing contemporary folk songs with gorgeous harmonies.
