This 6-week series is for you to come home to your wild and beautiful self. The intention behind this journey is for you to embrace your feminine essence, ignite your inner fire, breathe life into your body, and anchor yourself deeper into your heart and womb. This is a space of full acceptance as you are, held in love amongst sisterhood.

Throughout the 6 weeks, we will offer: 4 Breathwork journeys, Embodiment Practices, an Anger Release workshop, Sound Activation, Sensual Flows, and a Celebration to close, because we deserve to celebrate ourselves!

This series is for you if you're wanting to deepen your relationship with your femininity and body, to embrace and love all parts of yourself, have fun while doing the inner work (yes, we're all about those booty-shaking vibes before a breathwork session), to be surrounded by love and vulnerability, and a community of women to journey with.

Week 1: Thursday, 6 June – Connection.

Week 2: Thursday, 13 June - Shake it up.

Week 3: Thursday, 20 June - Voice Activation.

Week 4: Thursday, 27 June - Anger Release workshop.

Week 5: Thursday, 4 July - Aliveness within.

Week 6: Friday, 12 July – Celebration, Embodied Movement Journey.

The style of breathwork we practice is a gentle conscious connected breath. This pattern allows the body to release unprocessed emotions, inviting more joy, pleasure, and love into our lives. This work allows you to create safety within, while nurturing a deep relationship with oneself; Healing occurs through meeting, embracing, releasing, and loving all parts of yourself. These practices work at a pace that is suitable for your body, each week grounding deeper into your body so you can embrace more of life's juicy joys.

We will be gathering at the Palmyra Yoga Shala from 6pm – 8:30/8.45pm. Although, the last week of the series will be from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm for our closing celebration.

Places are limited to 10 women only to ensure you will get our full support and presence over the 6 weeks. The exchange for the series is $520, including a $120 deposit to secure your place there are payment plans available. Eden is a Breath and Movement Guide who has been on her own Breathwork journey for 9 years and spent the last 21 months training in Breathwork and Somatic Practices. She has a passion for movement, having danced from a very young age, and loves to merge the practices of breath and movement together to open up the body. Eden has supported across multiple workshops and retreats, exploring and developing her own unique style of practices to bring to you in this safe space. Incorporating her earthly and nurturing presence, she will bring joy, play, and deep healing to support you on your journey.
