Join Eden for a morning of breath and body connection. We’ll move, shake, sigh and drop into the wisdom of your body - because she knows. Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork and a whole lot of love, you’ll reconnect with your feminine and that beautiful body of yours.

This style of breathwork is a beautiful practice using conscious connected breathing. When we breathe in this pattern it can allow the body to release unprocessed emotions so we are then able to invite more joy, pleasure, presence and love into our lives.

If you’re craving a space where you can be fully yourself ~ messy, magical, or anywhere in-between, this is it. We laugh, we cry, we breathe, we move and always, we come back to the body.

At the end of our journey, we’ll have space for connection and sisterhood to integrate and connect with the beautiful women you’ve journeyed alongside.

What to bring:
Water, journal + pen, and comfy clothes to move in. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket, cushion, or anything else that helps you feel grounded and safe.

An intimate journey for 6 women.

This event will be held in my home, with the address shared closer to the date.

You’re welcome to arrive from 9,40am to settle in and our journey will begin at 10.00am.

Eden is a Breath and Movement Guide and has been on her own Breathwork journey for 8 years and spent the last 21 months training in Breathwork and Somatic Practices. Supporting across multiple workshops and retreats, she has explored and developed her own unique style of practices to bring to you in this safe space. Incorporating her earthly and nurturing presence, she will bring joy and play, along with deep healing to support you on your journey
