Join Eden for this intimate workshop as she guides you with somatic practices that encourage mindfulness and embodiment allowing the body to be your guide, creating a deeper connection to self and the feminine.
What this event entails:
- Sound activation
- Embodiment practices
- Breathwork and Movement Journey
- A supportive and intimate space
This style of breathwork is a gentle practice using conscious connected breathing. When we breathe in this pattern it can allow the body to release unprocessed emotions so we are then able to invite more joy, pleasure and love into our lives.
Limited spaces available - as we aim to create an intimate experience, spaces are limited.
Please come prepared with a yoga mat, water bottle, clothes you feel comfortable to move in, a journal, a pen and an open heart. Feel free to bring anything else you may want for support e.g. cushion, light blanket...
Doors open 5.50pm for a 6.00pm start, doors will be locked at this time. Please note the event will finish at 8.30pm.

Eden is a Breath and Movement Guide and has been on her own Breathwork journey for 8 years and spent the last 21 months training in Breathwork and Somatic Practices. Supporting across multiple workshops and retreats, she has explored and developed her own unique style of practices to bring to you in this safe space. Incorporating her earthly and nurturing presence, she will bring joy and play, along with deep healing to support you on your journey.
