This is a unique opportunity for you to have a wellness experience on Lake Derby in North East Tasmania.

You will enjoy a Stand Up Paddle experience on the lake and the relaxing sensation of the floating sauna followed up by a BYO lunch and optional bike ride.

On Saturday, April 16th at 9.15am, we’ll meet at the car park beside the suspension bridge in Derby. We’ll carry boards and everything else we need down to the lakeside. Half of our group will go into the sauna and half will go for a paddle on the lake and then we’ll swap over.

We’ll then join together for a BYO lunch by the lake side. Then we'll take an optional bike ride (or walk) around the lake - BYO or hire your own bike and helmet.

The experience will conclude at approximately 2.30pm when we carry the boards back out to the car park.

Wear: Your bathers or shorts/top – whatever makes you feel comfortable

Investment in this wellness experience is $100 per person and there are only 10 places available.

Ability to swim 50 metres is a pre-requisite for participation. Beginners to Stand Up Paddle are more than welcome!
