SUP Dragon Races - Fundraising Event
Sunday 16 August | 3:00–7:00pm
Join the fun at Belhaven!
Entries are welcome from families and groups for our Dragon SUP races in the shallow water on Belhaven Beach. Teams of 4 will compete in heats, hopefully making it through to the grande finale– a great event for competitors and spectators alike.
Event Details
Teams: 4 people (please enter as a team)
Entry: £40 per team (pay on the day)
Time: 3pm for refreshments and set up. 4pm races begin!
Who can take part? Ages 7+, all abilities welcome
Requirement: Minimum 50m swimming ability
SUPs provided: bring your own wetsuits
Supporting a Great Cause
All proceeds will help the 8 local Belhaven Surf Club kids who have qualified for the Scottish Junior team to travel to the EuroSurf Junior Championships in Ireland in September.
Make a Day of It
Belhaven Surf Club will also be serving refreshments from the Belhaven Surf Centre throughout the day and running other family friendly events from 11am. Look out for taster surf deals as well!
