Come over to my place, set yourself down in a comfy zone, snuggle in, and get zenned.

Sound takes your mind to that sweet spot in between being awake and asleep, where you feel as though you know exactly what is going on around you, but you startle yourself with a little grunty snore.
Don't worry, we all do it.

Afterwards, when your hair has a JBF look, have some choccy, drink some tea or a glass of red, and check out everyone else's puffy-eyed zen face.

No need to bring anything except a water bottle and the comfiest, warmest clothes you can find.
