Welcome to Super Human Connectors - 6-week human connection program.

Human connection turns strangers into friends and friends into life long connections. It's the number one factor in human happiness and one of the leading factors in long life. If you ever wanted a practical course for building your communication skills for friends, partners and your career- this is the series for you.

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

Sessions - Wednesday evenings (7.30pm-9pm AEDT) for six weeks on Zoom. Each workshop will be a mix of learning, written exercises and break out rooms to practice human connection skills. Booking your place gets you access to all 6 workshops:

Week 1 - What is empathy? What are the challenges of building it? Learn about the science behind this skill, and how can we develop the ability to be present with ourselves and others.

Week 2 - What is the art of active listening and how can we practice it? We'll look at the challenges of reserving judgement and introduce the practice of self-compassion.

Week 3 - How do we ask better questions and have more interesting conversations? What are the importance of recognising emotions in ourselves and others?

Week 4- How does humour and play come into great relationships? Can we all be funnier, braver, more playful to create more laughter in our relationships?

Week 5 - How can we have better arguments and difficult conversations? How do we protect relationships and our integrity at the same time? What are boundaries and how do we hold them?

Week 6 - How do we start new friendships and build on them? As we get older what is the art of maintaining friendships in adult life.

Booking your place gives you access to all 6 workshops, either live each Wednesday or you can access the workshop recordings.

* Every week is a new workshop with new learnings. At the end of each workshop, readings and exercises will be provided to complete during the week (30-60 minutes of activities). If you can't complete all the work... that's ok, you'll still get a lot from each session.

* You are welcome to attend as many or as few of the sessions as you can.

I am a communications expert who helps communities that serve people and the planet.

For 15 years I worked as a creative storyteller, copywriter and consultant in big marketing agencies and government. I wrote speeches for crafty politicians. I thought those up big ideas and catchy hooks that sold you things you just don’t need (but you bought them anyway). I was good at words, but I certainly wasn’t doing good. So I left.

For the past 3 years I've built interactive workshops that drive human connection. You can learn more about me here.

Now I work with for purpose organisations, the environmentalists, the educators, the charities. I help teams get creative and get connected through the conversations that matter.

I work with communities to build skills and collaboration. I design the workshops that fuel ideas, connection and laughter. I help skill people skill up in real conversations of empathy, honesty and heaps of humour.
