Super Science with Simon at Woodside Library

Join local scientist Simon at Woodside Library as he makes science SUPER with fun demonstrations and hands-on activities. You won't believe your eyes as you do the ziploc bag invisibility trick, make fireworks in a jar, create art with skittles, investigate 'magic' milk, and of course – make your own slime!

For ages 7-12.

Tickets are required for each participating child. Accompanying adults are to remain in the library.

Please note that our school holiday programs often book out so if you cannot attend please ring us on 8408 0400 to free up your spot for someone on our waitlist.  Thank you.

Events on Fire Danger Days

When a Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating is declared for the Mt Lofty Ranges, all Adelaide Hills Council Library branches will be closed, and all events and programs will be cancelled without notice.

When an Extreme 2 (75+) Fire Danger Rating is declared for the Mt Lofty Ranges, the Gumeracha Library will be closed and all events and programs will be cancelled without notice.

Events at all library branches may be subject to review on Fire Danger Days and may also be cancelled without notice.

Any monies paid will either be reimbursed or the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
