PAYMENT

Please expect to receive a separate invoice for the remaining balance leading up to your event. We kindly ask that balances are finalised at least two weeks before your event.

MEETING POINT AND TIME:

9am, Hungerford Hill (2450 Broke Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320)

In preparation for your event, please advise if you or any guests have allergies or specific dietary requirements.

The dress code is smart-casual and we ask all guests to avoid wearing jeans or denim; the fabric and studs tend to damage leather upholstery.

Please also ensure that you bring your driver licence and have a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) of ZERO. A compulsory breath-test will be conducted prior to departure on the morning of your event.
