Synopsis

We are all navigating increasing organisational and cultural complexity. The one constant seems to be the increasing pace of change.

Organisations that are clear about their non-negotiables take an important step towards creating safe and aligned teams that navigate change by welcoming diversity, embracing innovation and harnessing the value of contested conversations.

In this first of a series of workshops hosted at the Purpose Studio, we will explore the lessons that corporates can learn from the community sector on authentically framing and orienting around a clear purpose.

We will explore what ingredients seem to be necessary for an expression of purpose to generate better performance, effective teams and a safe workplace.

Leaders in all sectors are welcome to join this conversation, offer their perspectives and ask questions of our speakers and one another.

Our Speakers 

This session will be facilitated by Purpose Studio members, Mal Cooke and Heidi Rawson, directors of Neometric.

Mal and Heidi combine their legal, employment relations and governance expertise in supporting organisations to achieve their objectives. They work with Boards and Executive Teams to clarify their roles and priorities and to strengthen the relational architecture that is essential for sustainable and effective impact.
