What you need to know for this event

There are some contraindications - if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or have cardiovascular concerns, please contact me first before you attend the event.

This is all optional, and merely my suggestions to get the best out of the experience.

It's best to do the session before your first caffeine hit of the day and on a relatively (if not completely) empty stomach.
Wear comfortable, warm, cosy clothing.
The goal is for you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. That can mean lying down, which is the most optimum way to relax. Alternatively, sitting is an option. If seated, we want as much muscular relaxation as possible, and so a chair that can support arms and head is best.
In order to minimise potential distractions, a quiet and low light space is best (dim the lights, put the blinds down etc). Comfortable headphones are a good option to enhance the immersive experience of my voice and the background music. Some even use an eye mask to remove light pollution entirely.
As we work at desks often, our hips and lower back can get very tight. In order to take the strain off the lower back, it can be nice to have a soft pillow to place under the knees when lying down (also good for the spine when sleeping!).
It can be common to feel cold during a breathwork session as we release a lot of Carbon Dioxide and rebalance the blood alkalinity, and so it's good to have a cosy blanket or extra layer to hand to pull over you if you get noticeably cold part way through.
A small pillow for the head is also useful to increase comfort if you're lying down.

Water is good, just don’t fill your belly!
Please do your best to be ready to start at 11am - might I suggest that you arrive and get comfy a little before 11am?
