🔥 Supercharge Your Intuition 🔥

with Shannon Patching – Your Wellbeing Warrior

2026 is here - a year of new beginnings, promises to yourself, and stepping into experiences you’ve never tried before. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and your inner guidance, and meet like-minded people who are also stepping into growth and self trust.

You already have intuition. That quiet inner knowing, the nudge before your mind catches up, the sense that something is right - or not -even when you can’t explain why. This workshop isn’t about becoming intuitive. It’s about learning how your intuition already works, how to recognise it, and how to trust it in a practical, grounded way.

In this 3 hour immersive experience, you’ll be guided back into your body - because intuition doesn’t live in the mind alone. When the nervous system is stressed or stuck in survival, access to inner guidance becomes clouded. When the body feels safe and supported, intuition becomes clearer, steadier and far easier to trust.

Shannon Patching (@YourWellbeingWarrior) is a respected Soul Medium who brings a grounded, compassionate and practical approach to intuitive development. Her work is informed by lived experience, ancestral wisdom and somatic awareness - supporting people to reclaim their inner authority without outsourcing their power.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore gentle embodied practices, reflective exercises and guided exploration to notice how intuition communicates with you - through sensations, emotions, images or sudden clarity. You’ll also learn how to distinguish true intuitive guidance from fear, overthinking or old conditioning.

This is a safe, uplifting and connected space. You’ll meet like minded people, share energy and experience the power of collective growth and healing - deepening your sense of belonging as you step into 2026 feeling grounded, confident and aligned.

We’ll close with a gentle sound healing, supporting integration and leaving you feeling lighter, centred and inspired. You’ll also receive a take home workbook to continue your journey beyond the workshop.

You’ll walk away feeling:
• more connected to your body and inner guidance
• calmer and more regulated in your nervous system
• clearer and more confident in decision making
• supported through meaningful connection
• ready to step into 2026 with clarity, purpose and self trust

No prior experience is needed - just curiosity, openness and a willingness to reconnect with yourself and form new connections with others.
