    This comprehensive training program will not only certify you in the standard LEGO® Serious Play® method, you will also learn how to optimise your sessions for human connection, psychological safety and most of all, better conversations about difficult and important things using the SUPERCONNECT® Method. It’s two trainings in one.

    You will learn how to use hands-on, minds-on learning to facilitate powerful conversations that stimulate creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and communication. You'll learn how to design and deliver sessions that are tailored to the specific needs of your clients, and you'll gain hands-on experience through a series of interactive exercises and role-plays.

    But the benefits of the SUPERCONNECT® LEGO® Serious Play® Certification program go beyond just facilitating great conversations. You'll also learn how to use LEGO® Serious Play® to build trust, foster teamwork, and improve overall business performance.     What you will learn…

    With the standard LEGO Serious Play Certification you will learn all the core techniques for facilitating small groups in workplace settings with a focus on improving business outcomes, for example team building and strategy.

    With the SUPERCONNECT add-on included in this training, you will expand your toolkit to be able to offer your clients short play-based sessions for audience activation, conference workshops, interactive keynotes, speed networking, stakeholder engagement and customer research.

    You will learn:

    • The history and science that makes SUPERCONNECT® and LEGO® Serious Play® so powerful
    • The core templates and applications of LEGO® Serious Play®, including working with small groups for improving business outcomes.
    • Use SUPERCONNECT® to customise and deliver sessions for a wide variety of client needs and use cases, beyond the standard LEGO® Serious Play® offering, including:
      • Working with large groups and multiple tables for conferences, interactive keynotes and large events
      • Working with pairs for networking, coaching or other one-on-one sessions
      • One-on-one sales meetings that convert by letting them experience the power of what you offer
      • Play-based icebreakers for events, meetings and courses of all shapes and sizes
      • Play-based coaching and training
    • How to optimise your sessions for trust, safety, human connection, and most of all, creating a space better conversations about difficult and important things. This space and the conversations that come out of it can be an outcome in itself, or a way to supercharge strategy, team building or any other type of session.
    • How to create a psychologically safe space for your participants, which is the foundation for everything from better conversations about difficult things to more authentic and actionable insights from customers and stakeholders.
    • How to capture and share session outcomes with your clients for a wide variety of purposes such as research, visioning and strategic planning.
    • How to design, curate and source LEGO® pieces and kits to create the best outcomes for your sessions.
    • Craft, test and refine better questions for your sessions based on client requirements, and thus better outcomes for your clients.
    • Co-create customised sessions with clients.

    Your trainer

    Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie is the award winning creator of creator of SUPERCONNECT® who has been using play for boosting connection, creativity and innovation since 2007. She is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®, an educator and play researcher. She has delivered SUPERCONNECT® trainings, experiences, interactive keynotes, workshops and engagement programs to a wide variety of clients, including large corporates, universities, government, membership organisations and non-profits. She is an innovation columnist with the Business News and teaches at the Murdoch School of Business and Governance. She has a PhD from Curtin University in anthropology and internet studies, where she is a past Adjunct Senior Research Fellow and is a trained Mental Health First Aider.
