The class will be held at the Radio Cairo restaurant: 83 Spofforth St, Mosman NSW. The restaurant is just off Military Road. The parking on Military Road is untimed on Sundays.

The class starts from 10am and will finish at 12:30 pm. Please note that all classes commence on time, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early.

We recommend that you bring your own apron, but we do offer a rental apron service. You are welcome to hire our aprons ($8).

We would also like to advise you to wear closed shoes (no open shoes like thongs) for your safety as we will be handling knives.
