Superhero Power-Up!

This FREE workshop is designed for kids to provide a safe and inspiring space to explore their inner strength and creativity. Led by a qualified Creative Arts Therapist, children will:

Design their own superhero characters, complete with capes, masks, and unique powers.
Discover their personal strengths and learn creative ways to tackle life’s tough moments with courage.
Build self-belief, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their individuality through fun and interactive activities.
