Come and experience a brand new Superhome - Balmoral Ōtautahi in Christchurch. This home will be open for the public to visit, with talks and a guided tour of the home conducted by its designers and builders.

Please remember to wear your best socks as this is a shoes-off Superhome. You'll have cozy toes as the home features super energy-efficient hydronic underfloor heating!
