Junior School Redevelopment Preparation – Supervision on Friday 3 December

As we approach the end of the year, the preparations for the demolition of the current Junior School building are well underway. Demolition will take place during the upcoming Summer Holiday period and therefore, the Years 4 to 6 classrooms, materials, resources and equipment will be relocated to the Beaufort Street Wing in the Senior School. To allow sufficient opportunity for packing and moving, we will be providing supervision for Pre-Primary to 6 students only on Friday 3 December.

Pre-Primary to 6 classroom teachers will be given time on the Friday to prepare for the relocation and relief staff will supervise any children in these year groups that attend School. Families are welcome to consider Thursday 2 December as the final day for 2021, given this will be the last day in classrooms.

In consideration of continuity of care for our youngest learners, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes will proceed as normal until 12.40 pm.

School will conclude at the following times on Friday 3 December.

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten 12.40 pm

Pre-Primary to Year 6 (supervision only) 12.50 pm
