Supervision for the Soul: Advanced Support for Mind, Heart, Body, Spirit & Soul.

Are you interested in cultivating a sustainable wellbeing practice that nurtures your soul while maintaining balance and strong professional boundaries?

The Support

Creating a safe container for a peer group is essential for fostering an environment where participants feel seen, held, and heard. Laura, with her extensive experience in holding space as a supervisor, excels in cultivating this safety. She is deeply attentive to the energies and nuances that emerge within the group, allowing participants to feel secure as they engage with live material. This attentiveness ensures that each person can explore their experiences openly, knowing that they are supported in their vulnerability. Laura's skill in maintaining this delicate balance encourages authentic expression and deep exploration, making it possible for the group to work with emerging material in a way that promotes growth and healing.
