Held in Carlingford, Sydney on Saturday, 21st June, this 7-course winter table reimagines nostalgic dishes with a refined, home-style touch.
Expect Shada Polao, Amma’s Chicken Roast, Lamb Rezala, Shahi Daal, Chicken Kebabs, Crispy Fish Fingers with Tetul-er Tok, and Shahi Tukra —all paired with a glass of spiced Borhani.
