Supply Chain Management Training
Event description
Customer service includes a key aspect called supply chain management. It is actually a large part of the support agent's daily work. It is also a source of frustration for many customers. Products can get lost or moved in an inconsistent manner, sometimes even for months. Customer support agents must maintain their cool in such situations and communicate effectively with warehouse teams to coordinate and create better delivery and production. This can lead to loss of customer loyalty, lower profit margins, and even the demoralization of entire teams. Professionals need to be able to manage the issues that arise from supply chain management and coordinate with customers, teams, and the required teams. Our training course will cover topics like delivery systems, customer complaints, stress management, and task delegation. This will allow you to support your customers and help them move on to other areas.
Because it is such a complex process, there can be a lot of issues. These problems can be addressed and improved with superior training. We intend to live up this standard by teaching participants effective communications and de-escalation, as well as other techniques that will allow them to coordinate with teams and earn the trust and loyalty of customers. We also offer the ability to create customised training sessions that address specific needs. We are happy to provide more information on our services.
