The cool winds have arrived, the creek still flows and the floodplain is full of flowers. There is a lightness and sneaking sense of joy in the air.

In this month's seasonal somatic workshop we will explore our organ and endocrine system, and bring the warmth of awareness to our hearts.

The three hour workshop offers an hour of somatic (Body Mind Centring) practice using visualisation, sound and movement to attune to the support of our inner landscape, an hour to observe and interact with nature, and an hour of integrated movement, journaling and reflection.
