This one hour online session is designed to help educators and SSO's know what to do in the event that a student discloses abuse.

The session will include;

How to support a child who discloses abuse - during and after the disclosure
Your responsibility as a Mandated Notifier
What to look out for in terms of sexualized behaviour
How & when to take notes
What kind of follow up is required for you and the child
Self care
Confidentiality issues

Places are strictly limited in order to have time to discuss scenarios and experiences you may have already had with children disclosing abuse.
