This 2-day workshop will support you to build your capability as a leader for your team and lead them to success in your strategies.
Series Agenda
Day 1: We will explore,
- Building your capability as a leader
- Developing strategies to deliver achievement challenges
- Positive engagement with schools for project delivery
Day 2: We will discover,
- Tools to measure impact across the Kāhui Ako
- Prioritising action across multiple portfolios
- Celebrating success
