Rejection can trigger intense and long-lasting distress that affects every aspect of your life. A common experience for Autistic people and ADHDers, but not limited to these neurotypes, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) can be challenging to address in therapy. With so many factors contributing to this painful experience, it can be difficult to know where to begin.

Presented by an Autistic and ADHDer clinical psychologist, in this 2-hour webinar, you will learn how to:

This webinar will give you greater confidence and clarity in how to help your clients with rejection sensitivity and RSD. You'll leave with practical strategies and resources to support you and your clients in session.
