Supporting Clients with Rejection Sensitivity

Rejection can trigger intense and long-lasting distress that affects every aspect of your life. A common experience for Autistic people and ADHDers, but not limited to these neurotypes, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) can be challenging to address in therapy. With so many factors contributing to this painful experience, it can be difficult to know where to begin.

Presented by an Autistic and ADHDer clinical psychologist, in this 2-hour webinar, you will learn how to:

🔁 Identify the factors that are driving rejection sensitivity
🌱 Build the essential skills that foster recovery from rejection
🫶🏽 Help clients who have become stuck in ongoing distress
💗 Cultivate self-compassion in response to confusion, loss, shame, and regret
🙏🏽 Foster interpersonal safety and help clients flourish in their relationships

This webinar will give you greater confidence and clarity in how to help your clients with rejection sensitivity and RSD. You'll leave with practical strategies and resources to support you and your clients in session.

The 2-hour session will include time for questions. Two sessions will be offered to suit different time zones. **Please select your session time carefully at registration.**

This webinar will be recorded and available for 90 days.
