Dr. Narelle Savage, Anthroposophic General Health Practitioner, will speak on supporting our respiratory and immune systems, and understanding the phenomena of warmth towards wellness.

Participants will as well be guided through an artistic or home care compress for keeping their family's inner landscape robust and whole during these seasons with Art Therapist Julia Byrne and home care mantle with Lyn Clifton, Community Health Social Worker.
