Living with a bladder condition can bring emotional and physical challenges, often leading to frustration, hopelessness and even anxiety or depression. In this session, Holly Smith, mindfulness expert, will explore how self-acceptance and self-compassion can boost your mental wellbeing and build resilience. You will learn practical mindfulness-based strategies to reduce negative thoughts, foster emotional balance, and support yourself.

Holly is an Intuitive Mindfulness Coach with expertise in mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and compassion-focussed therapy approaches trained by the Mindfulness Association, London. Holly teaches practical techniques to help individuals manage stress, reduce overthinking, regulate emotions, and build self-compassion and resilience. Her work focuses on making mindfulness accessible and actionable, particularly for those navigating health challenges.
