Join Us for the Board Game Party!

Let's have a pleasant and relaxing night of board games together. We have prepared delicious food and drinks for everyone. Let's enjoy the energetic music while chatting about the holiday arrangements with new friends!

INFORMATION

🕰️Time and Date: 3rd September, 5-8pm

📍Location: SUPRA Office ( Level 1 !!!)

Important Notes

1, Please bring your ticket with you. Volunteers will check tickets and complete check-in at the event.

2, Food is available while supplies last. Please note that food may no longer be available around 40 minutes after the event starts.

🎟️ Ticket Cancellation

1. If you can no longer attend
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket as early as possible so that we can manage attendance and make the place available to another student.

2. How to cancel
Open your confirmation email and follow:
Manage order → Refund/Cancel → Self-service refund → Cancel ticket(s)

3. If self-service cancellation is unavailable
If you are unable to cancel your ticket yourself, please contact us as soon as possible at:
community.officer@supra.usyd.edu.au

4. Non-attendance
As places for SUPRA activities are often limited, repeated non-attendance without prior notice may be taken into consideration when managing registrations for future SUPRA activities.
