❗️ If your personal plans change and you can no longer volunteer, please cancel your ticket as early as possible so that we can coordinate volunteer arrangements.❗️

To cancel, open your confirmation email and follow: Manage order → Refund/Cancel → Self-service refund → Cancel ticket(s)

Please note that the cancellation option will close one day prior to the event.
