SUPRA Event | Chill & Connect on Oct. 22

Take a break from study and join us for Chill & Connect, a relaxed social evening for postgraduate students!

Come along to unwind, meet new people and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

There is no fixed programme — just drop in, find something you enjoy, and spend a relaxed evening connecting with fellow postgraduate students.

Food, drinks, board games and other activities will be available during the event.

What You Can Do

During Chill & Connect, you can:

• 🎲 Play board games

• 🎤 Sing karaoke

• 💬 Chat and meet new people

• 🍕 Enjoy food and drinks

• 🧩 Join other casual activities

• 🛋️ Or simply relax and hang out

There is no need to join any particular activity — feel free to participate however you like.

1. A valid ticket is required to attend this event. 

Being on the waitlist does not count as having a ticket.

Only attendees who have received a confirmed ticket will be admitted.

2. Registrations with incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable information may be cancelled.

When registering, please provide your correct Student ID (SID) and your full University email address (including the email domain). These details are required for us to verify your eligibility for free participation. 

3. Please note that catering is not guaranteed after 30 minutes from the event start time.

1. If you can no longer attend
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket as early as possible so that we can manage attendance and make the place available to another student.

2. How to cancel
Open your confirmation email and follow:
Manage order → Refund/Cancel → Self-service refund → Cancel ticket(s)

3. If self-service cancellation is unavailable
If you are unable to cancel your ticket yourself, please contact us as soon as possible at:
community.officer@supra.usyd.edu.au

4. Non-attendance
As places for SUPRA activities are often limited, repeated non-attendance without prior notice may be taken into consideration when managing registrations for future SUPRA activities.
